If you want us to have a look at your house or business, please do make an appointment; we will visit free of charge and provide a quote – we understand that different people have different needs.

Our area covers TfL zones 1, 2 and 3, and by special arrangement further out in the London area.

If you are not entirely happy with any of our cleaning, please contact us within 24hrs, and we promise to resolve the matter promptly.

CHANGES?

Away or on holiday? If you need to change the day or time of cleaning, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLING?

If for any reason you have to cancel cleaning, give us at least 24hrs notice, and we charge no cancellation fee (otherwise we charge a £30 cancellation fee).

If your regular cleaner is not able to attend, cleaning will be performed by another cleaner with one of our supervisors present and in charge (at no extra charge) – no extra explaining needed from you!
